Lower Control Arm! 78' 300D

Hey guys! Well my 78' 300D needs a left lower control arm and ball joints to pass inspection. The ball joints are cheap, but the left lower control arm is madd expensive!!! I was thinking of going to the junk yard and go get one, but my step-dad wanted to kill me if I was gona get that part over at the junk yard. He said that both Lower control arms must be change, you can't just have one side done, but the he said IDK afterwards, just don't get it from the junk yard. Does anyone have any source of web site for a lower control arm for a w123? I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Cheap ? rofl

Still going to run you about roughly $500 for the pair.

Part#

Left 123 330 56 07

Right 123 330 57 07  (which cost more for the record)

What is the symptom of lower control arm failure? Do they go bad from rusting(it looks aluminum.. just asking) in the north?

I still don't know what is making my wheel loose, my dad says its normal...

You can replace the bushings...and its way cheaper.  Unless that LCA was cracked or bent I can't see a reason to replace it.
