So is 1981 when the new WDB VIN's came around?

Its silly that they deny the majority access=( I want to go to this silly website, but I don't want to buy a new car to do it.

Re: MBUSA.com's Owners Online

If you have a newer car they have the manuals for you in PDF... It has my 2002 ML manual for 320 500 and 55 in PDF and its basically an exact copy of the real thing. Other than the manual I cant find anything useful but you do get invited to driving events when they are around where you live but I have never gone to one.

The driving events sounds nice, especially when I get my license.

RE: MBUSA.com's Owners Online

^^^^^

I haven't gone to any MB driving events, but I have got invited to some. They were all on inconvenient days.

But I have gone to some driving events sponsored by other companies, and they are really fun. AND, you get to drive the sh*t out of all the cars there. That's how I got to drive that W203 C Class, and I enjoyed it after I drove it flat out.

See this thread for more info on my test drive, driving the sh*t out of a W203 C Class.

http://pointedthree.com/disc/forums/showthread.php?tid=2221&posts=2...

Driving events are very fun though.

I like it! I can keep all of my Service History there. I can also unlock the E320 via Tele Aid if i have lock the keys in the car. There is also a $50 Hotel Credit for the Ritz.

By the way the ritz has a great Luxury package . Were you get the use of a new Mercedes-Benz

You have to be 21 to drive. Or I think 18 with a parent.

RE: MBUSA.com's Owners Online

I got invited to a driving event (Father's Day) on a closed track for the AMG challenge. 3 locations from July to October. (I first thought it was for the SLR so I checked my e-mail).

RE: MBUSA.com's Owners Online

Wow, only $500 per night in Orlando! With my luck, I'd get stuck with an R-Classe.

Yup , it's not a bad price. For a premium car and a premium room . ya I understand I wouldn't want to be stuck with an R-Classe either.

I think that you can just add "WDB" before your VIN and it'll work.

No manual for my '95 C280. Only an 800 # to call & sit on hold. Then if they do pick up, it's a different dept and they transfer you faster than you can ask for a direct extension #. Then back on hold. Left a message.

If anyone can hook me up with a .pdf of my manual I would really appreciate it.

Update: The dealership "found" the manual! Yea! Plus they coughed up the magazine for the CD changer. Happy day!

Not surprisingly, I already found more info on these forums than the manual contains.
