Check out the diesel section... Yes you can a stock one will run on up to B15 or B20 which is 15% or 20% bio diesel.

Willie Nelson: On the road again with biodiesel
Music legend Willie Nelson uses biodiesel in his 2005 E320 CDI. In the picture he's outside Pacific Biodiesel in Hawaii after filling up with B100. The Liberty comes with a B5 factory fill now, the RAM is being prepared for B20 and Sprinters can already use B2.

u can burn Biodiesel Pure in your CDI dont worry, its what EVERYONE in Germany drives on, caus its the cheapest fuel there...........

Dont you have to have a modification to heat the fuel lines? I was told that over B30 that bio diesel has a low freezing point and will start to freeze. I think B100 freezes into a solid at like 50F or something like that.
