jbmarkets Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | Nice to be here - from Col's Ohio Retired, watch streaming quotes, golf alot. Began with a (gas hog) '72 250. Then, next daily drivers, liked both alot, 76 300 D and 82 300SD. In 1981, traded a gorgeous 66 Mustang 289 convert "up" at time to an average '64 230 SL. SL a much better car/much more solid, but that Mustang appreciated much more since. The 300SD became our second car in 1990 to since, two Toyotas and current 05 Honda CRV. Just this month, traded the still quite good 300 SD with 122k for a near spotless 91 350 SDL with 102k after watching for the "right" one for many months. The MB hook for me has been the quality within the IMO greatest body styles of the modern era -- the 126's, the 123/116's (280 SE convert the car to die for), and the "pagodas." | ||
