DEFINITELY do not use an "HID kit". They are illegal for a good reason: they're unsafe. See here for the technical details. | ||

Agreed, Endless damage is possible, although some people get lucky and never have problems high risk................ If you mess w/ your headlights please make sure you check/re-adjust them !
