radio help! 2000 SLK 230 The radio comes on for short times then displays muted on the screen. MB says it is in the computer and has to be reprogramed.I'm hoping something simple like a wire?....HELP!

Re: radio help! The tele-aid system if equipped may be muting you audio system,phone system if equipped,could be programming, mute wire harness damaged or chaffed....... hard to say sorry.
