mike10199 Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: Mobil 1 Test I remember reading that Mobil 1 article a couple of years ago, I think they ended up going something 18k before the oil started to break down and needed to be changed. You should check out http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/ A lot of interesting info on there. It's not uncommon to see guys on there who run 10K/12K/15K intervals with a good synthetic oil. Its been proven that the additives in true Synthetics like Mobil 1 kick in once the oil has some miles on it and protects /lubricates better than oil with less miles. | ||
