My wife always wanted a convertible, so I got her one (a olive drab Unimog 404S - 404.114)! She's happy and even likes the Olive Drab. It is really in excellent condition. Today we went out and picked up "1 Ton" of wood pellets for our pellet stove. Yes the bed sunk down to the overload springs but that is all. She handled just fine even up to 52mph (remember that top speed on a flat is 53mph). I should have had the weight moved a little forward of the axle instead of the tail end of the truck, this made the front a little light. My wife also purchased a Pinzgauer 710M Radio Truck (it is half radio truck half troop carrier) which is also in excellent condition. Jay Wheeler - Donna Karasek | ||
