It didn't come with a phone but it does have the multifunction steeringwheel with the controls for your phone. It also has a Mercedes RDS 10 (which I may upgrade to a RDS 30 to get nav). I want to be able to use the in-cars functions such as the address book via the steering wheel etc. Does anybody have any idea what parts I need? And can I use parts from another Merc as G parts are not so easy to get a hold of. I'm trying to get an idea of how big a job this may be a possible cost to do. Thanks. Picture of my dash:

You still need to find out (a) if G wagen ever had UHI system (the exchangeable cradles) (b) therefore the wiring loom part number for that, or alternatively use a C class loom from the correct model year, or use a retrfoit kit (contact me, I have one spare) which is generic. (c) the ancillary parts (phone support, mountings etc, microphone) The parts will be a few hundred quid, the expensive part (phone controller) comes up on Ebay regularly Send me our chassis number and i'll look up the stuff on EPCnet for you (rpa at ibex.co.uk) R
