| How do you close your hoods?
Do you drop it from a certain height, or let it sit, then push it down? I used to let it sit then push it down, but now I just let it drop down from about 4 inches. |

because of how my hood is springed, i lower it to like 6 inches from closed, and push it shut........... |

If I never open it, I will never have to worry about how to close it. I check my fluids from underneath. |

I put two hands on top of the bonnet and then move it down and the last oh I guess 4-6 inches push it down more so it will close. |

I wrestle with it since it's so heavily sprung 
With the leon, I just let it fall from 1/2 foot up and it makes that pleasing springy sound.
The VW doesn't have it's hood on  |
