The fact that it is a 1995 makes it a lot easier as the later models with the factory turbo have a lots of electronics.
Is there a specific issue with the car?

Hello!
Yes found the spanish one and it helps but an english one would of course be more easy.
I am having problems with all the electric functions controlled by the multi function switch left side of the steering wheel.
Blinkers, Wipers , High light , washer .
THey work every now and then but not together and its clearly a lack of power provided to the switch itselfe.
Added new switch, washer motor and relay just to learn that the error "moves" into the blinker sustem after replacing.
Will have to forllow the power wires from the switch to the fuses I guess?

One more thing.
Measuring like 3-4V on input of washer motor when replacing.
Not done more measuring than that after replacing multi switch
