Hello 164'ers. There is a light on the dash i can't figure out. It is center of dash, close to the windshield. Looks red and likely holds 1 or 2 lights. For those of you who have P-tronic it is right behind the front P-tronic lights? It isn't ID'ed in the 164 book. |

Does it actually light up? I think it's the light sensor for the instrument display and auto on headlights.

BINGO! Thanks, Dutch, that is it. Actually, my 164 Star DVD is on order, which looks like your source. I am about to put a K40 radar system into the vehicle, and thought that might be a dummy where i could put the two LED's. Anyway, no such luck. Will keep looking for a good spot. |
