I did search that "other forum" and I also found it in my owners manual. Does the ignition system & e-fan need to be completly off? So far it's not working form me.

It now seems as if the FSS is stuck in a programing mode?? The display is just flashing 3,700 until my next service?? I have tried redoing the steps, but it does not work.

Even after I have it the ML shut off for 10-20-or 30min. it starts to display 3,700, even before I have done anything and it never changes from that to show mileage, or trip distance???
