No competiton Beleriand its just that you have stated your case more than once as has Ripple but you both continue to have a little dig at Ian, I also find it strange that when you post your friend Ripple posts straight after also neither of you have stated where you live as most of us have, strange still I think Ian has gone so pointless arguing over it.

Maybe he got a real job.

Any suggestions on what his real job could be ? I guess that could be another thread ?

I'll start.

Taxi Driver ?

No, he's not a taxi driver. He has a job which sometimes requires business trips. How about you lay off him and give the guy a break.

I've met him a few times and he's a real nice guy. I sent him an SMS just now to find out what he's been up to. Let's see if he replies before jumping to any conclusions.

Re: WHERE IS IANX?

Being a forum moderator is a thankless task, but it's a necessary one. What may seem like censorship to one poster may seem entirely reasonable to other members, and is not an excuse for a vendetta, nor for one sided reporting of past events. It isn't something that needs to be justified or picked apart in public. A non-negotiable condition of using any forum is that you abide by the decisions of any moderators, whether you agree with them or not. Anyone who can't see that should perhaps consider going elsewhere. Forums need moderators, and they are all volunteers who give up their valuable time for the general wellbeing of the community using them. Not just here, but on any forum. Sometimes we may fall foul of a moderator, and yes it's happened to me elsewhere, but you have to accept it and get over it like adults.

Do you suppose that he and Julien could be at a Zaino product sneak preview? Dinoman

Maybe, or perhaps they ran away together. OK, better not start rumours like that

It's not easy being a moderator. Hell, it's never easy when you have to give up some time in your life, and not get paid for it!

Ianx is doing fine. He's been busy due to business trips... Berlin, Brussels, Paris... he'll be back soon.

Re: WHERE IS IANX?

Hi !
I met with Ianx at the beginning of this month in Manchester. No doubt...he´s still alive. Wrote him a message a few day ago but as Shinigami already said he´s pretty busy at the moment doing business trips. I guess he´ll be back soon.

Good news and thank you. I've appreciated all Ianx has done and look forward to
future contributions. One suggestion would be that he inform us about extended
absences. Also, with the internet, travel should not preclude at least some communication.
Hotels, cafes, etc. . .lots of access.

RE: WHERE IS IANX?

Business trip ......what a load of rubbish. Shinigami is making it up. He was last logged on this site on 13th May, so you all think he has been unable to get next to a PC in that time, then you are all fools.

Anyway, I really really miss him, I wish he could father my children and ........hell has frozen over

I was just going to say that, you beat me too it, the tone is certainly there and if IIRC, he went from a 350 to an iridium SLK55. Coincidence???

Anyway, IanX, could very well be logged on as a guest from time to time, maybe he doesn't have time to reply to all the questions so he doesn't feel the need to login as himself.

That would explain a lot, wouldn't it.
