A couple of photos are attached below. If there is enough interest, we could try to do this again. A tentative itinerary would be to meet in Tuscaloosa, AL on a Thursday night for dinner, followed by a tour of the MB Vance Assembly Plant on Friday. We would have lunch in the plant's employee cafeteria, which has an extensive menu. We would then drive to Atlanta to stay Friday evening, again with a group dinner that night. Saturday would be spent at EuroTruck with various show and tells. We are tentatively looking at the end of June, the end of July or some time in November or December. This is dependent on the factory schedule as well as that of our good friend, Heinz 90. If you're interested in participating, please respond here. If we have enough potential participants, we'll go ahead and harden up the schedule. Happy Trails! I like to inform you that Desertstar and myself, from the G-wagen Group West, would like to participate in that upcoming event. We planning to drive my Adventurewagen out East and looking forward to see old friends and new ones, we haven't met yet, on our long trail to Alabama. Our routes for the trip and return have not been established yet. We gladly would accept any invitations along the way, promising to behave and serve our now famous lentil soup upon request.
