February?!!? Dang it, I took the beginign of April off already Is this final?
I don't think Feb will work for the Opel clan, we are committed to a ski trip in Colorado. Oh well, I'll be looking for an April adventure if anyone is interested, Harald are you still considering having a second group in April like you mentioned before?

James,

check with Karl - he has something planned for early April (in addition to the shortish trip I have on my calendar)

Yup bummer here too...I thought this was planned for April.

My February is already booked solid with work, trips for my wife's work, and moving.

Wish I knew earlier....sadly I will have to miss this adventure!

Mike,

April is on as well - just not as hard core as the February expedition.
Check with Karl, he is the schedule-master

ONE, a G55K eh! I would love to have this truck along and see it perform on the trail.
I doubt "keeping up" will be a problem.

Re: Baja Expedition for the not-faint-hearted - Spring 2011

The exhaust makes it a bit harder to keep up...but I will try my best. Also I still a tiny bit more careful about my paint, a friend of mine is developing cammo warps for the army, and I might get lucky to get a wrap before the trip to keep my paint somewhat alive. But has plenty of Utah pin-striping already...

According to Harold's calendar they should be back today. I think the first priority should be to report back to us as soon as they return to civilization. Other activities can certainly wait!

man, this one was epic! 4 days for 55 miles - but that's not painting the right color of our adventure. How about 3 days for the 5 mile center section?
It was incredibly hard labor - but we did not have chains around our ankles and we did not have to sing.
