Eibach vs. Intrax lowering Springs

I red a lot about both and it seems that Eibach is superior in quality but only archives a 1.4inch drop vs the Intrax 1.8 which i would prefer.

Do the Eibach Springs lower a little more after a while? if yes how much do they settle at?

Ride Quality? would i feel a noticeable difference between the two? i have 20" low profile tires (the wheel gap is disgusting right now)

How many turns to i need to adjust the torsion bars for either of those settings?
and finally is a realignment necessary? i red the best way to go is wait a week so the springs settle...

Does the Intrax kit come with 4 or two springs?

Thankfull for any info you guys can give me. Thank you.
