I guess you mean "Comand" ! If so then you must also mean the european OEM mercedes comand unit. This unit has navigation by default, so I don't know what you mean with no nav?????. All you need additionally is an Arial (rear roof mounting with splitter for 98/99/00 models). For the 98/99 model you will also need the speed signal retrofit that is described on wolfgangs web site ..... I did a writeup on this a long time ago ...... too big to email or post .
PS: The good thing about the comand is that you can also add the UHI (Universal Handy Interface) retrofit to it also. In that way you get to use your phone (bloothooth and all) with it also ...... I went the whole way .... OEM Video entertainment system, phone,OEM TV Tuner, Sony Playstation
