Inheriting membership status?

Inheriting membership status?

One issue with joining a new forum is that your status as a "new member" does not really reflect your interest level. What's the chance that new users could select a category that matches their status on another forum?

a good point - can you post this request into the suggestions forum. The Site Admin will then look at it.
