If you'd like to elaborate on your A/C Odor problems, please feel free to do so in this one. FWIW, I've permanently (+1 yr) eliminated the musty, moldy smell on mine. When I changed the fresh air filters, I sprayed the plenum below the filters with Fabreze, which is an Air Effects air freshener. The odor has not returned.

I don't have the musty odor when the A/C is on, only when the A/C is off. Besides the air filters behind the glove box, is there another air filter under the air inlet (black box in passenger side) in the engine compartment should I clean ?

No. The two filters behind the glove box are the only ones. I just changed them again yesterday. It's an easy job, if you have a Torx T-20 bit. Just be sure to keep track of which screw goes in which hole. They're not all the same. I again sprayed the plenum downstream of the filters with Fabreze = no must smells. A whole lot easier to do than the attached official procedure.
