Still Looking for a PUCH Grille Badge

I am still trying to find a PUCH badge for my 1980 G. Everything else is PUCH, need this to finish it off.
Cheers.

RE: Still Looking for a PUCH Grille Badge

check German Ebay from time to time or install an Alert. They show up there from Time to time. I think you don't need a complete Grille, you may only need a badge!

Re: Still Looking for a PUCH Grille Badge

You can order this item, as well as the one for the rear of the cabrio that says "Steyr Daimler Puch" and/or "Steyr Daimler Benz" from Magna Steyr Parts in Graz. They are actually pretty cheap. I recall paying about 24 euros for the nice front badge, and about 38 euros for the rear one which is just a little piece of molded plastic.

I've ordered them a couple of times, and they should still have them.
Mercedes sources are not going to stock that, or be willing from my experiences to order "Puch"Badge related items

This includes 460 Grill badge, Hood badge, Horn Button center, 463 stickshift knob, rear cabrio badge for lic plate holder, front grill / insert combo for 463, wheel center caps, etc.

A real Puch G will have the Puch badge on the air intake on the fire wall instead of the mercedes labled one.

In the past, I've been able to get stuff from the Puch guys relatively cheap through Michael Pagger: pro.tech@gmx.at He sells alot on ebay.de, but can do special orders.

I don't know whether he speaks English or not, but he's been a straight dealer with me. I'm sure he could get you the Puch grill thingy. (I got mine from him.)
