| my ML, minor damage due to idiots
So i was driving 25mph on a 25mph turn, and some idiot isnt looking and hes coming at me in MY lane!!! so i have to get off the road, and what do i know? My luck, i hit a tree on my right side, and the bottom of my car scrapes against the top of the ditch i fall into. The asshole drives away, and i call me friend and he winches me out. Lucky the car works fine, but some minor body damage to the right panel above the wheel well, bumber needs to be replaced because its cracked a little. And some wierd problems, i think somthing is wrong wiht the entire body! the gear changer wont go all the way back, and my sky roof leaks! fromt eh right side! Im taking the car to the dealership wednesday. Im sooo fucking pissed. |

Sorry to hear that. Good you avoid an accident, but if it was me I would had just stopped and let them hit me. We drive one of the safest vehicles for crashes, you would had caught them, and it certainly wouldn't be your fault. |

From my experience its best just to get in an accident if the other person is in the wrong. I had some turd run a red light and I avoided it but I was in a car so the curb won and broke a rim and bent a drive shaft. (The Ml would of run over the curb) Well anyways I had 3 people witness this 2 of them tried to chase down the guy and one stayed with me until the cops came. Basically the cop said I was out of luck what was really stupid is my insurance went up for avoiding a more serious accident. |

nah he drove off, i was kinda in shock. Yeah now that i wouldve thought about it, it would be better if i did let him hit me. But this is my first "crash" even though its wiht a tree. lol. Im lucky all i gott do is replace some panels. |
