Off Topic yet will make you laugh VERY HARD

Ok I have 4 yo twin boys
http://www.antipentium.com/africa/twins.JPG
They went with me to cut firewood yesterday afternoon.
They wanted to "play" in my PU truck.
Anyway after cutting for an hour, right next to the truck, I went back to get my water.
So what were they doing for "play.
They found a quart of oil that turns out to be great for finger painting and is great fun to put on the gas and break petel;
They found that pouring water on the seat back flows down that seatback making a beautyful waterfall;
Touch up paint is perfect for painting the steering wheel;
A chain sharpening file is PERFECT for poking holes in a dash'
wood chips do in fact fit in a CD slot and air vents;
Spitting contests on the windshield are very amusing;
Contents of the glove box are NOT SAFE;
Gum does stick very well to cloth seats;
When asked W H Y
because we could not use the chain saw to help
I would of been better off taking my cat

These are the same "angels" that get up in the middle of the night and plant "toy bombs" around my side of the bed, nothing like stepping on a pointed hot wheels car at 5 am.

Yes, they make lousy pets, too; and they live way too damned long!

RE: Off Topic yet will make you laugh VERY HARD

That is hilarious provided you don't care about your truck. Sounds like they're cohorts in crime that are a little hard to keep disciplined? I think i'd chain the kids in the bed of the truck next time... is that really your cat? What is it? That's really beautiful!

Re: Off Topic yet will make you laugh VERY HARD

WEll the weekend has passed and other then taking EVERY toy they own and making a line from my bedroom to the front door to see if I would at least step on one it was not to bad.
Per the cat yes I love non normal cats and what better then a Serval that is a cat native to where my wife grew up.
His name is Shaka who was a great Zulu king, shame I did not know that Shaka meant bastard as in unwed mom.
Some day I will post babysitter events.

Re: Off Topic yet will make you laugh VERY HARD

Shaka is the name of a parasitic intestinal beetle in Zululand/kwaZulu that causes swelling of the abdomen - the legend at the time of Shaka's birth was that if a woman became pregnant and there was no obvious father invloved, then the pregnancy would be blamed on the beetle. I suppose it is a roundabout way of calling someone a bastard. But his father was a prince and his mother was a princess, they just weren't married.

Re: Off Topic yet will make you laugh VERY HARD

Kermit
I knew that but did not want to get that deep into it ha.
Figured that just saying he was a bastard was easier.
They also say that due to the abuse that he took as a child was what made him so strong. He is also buried in a unknown location so no one could defile his body thus making him walk the earth forever.
what is funny is Shaka Rocks a place named after him near Durban was spelled Chaka by the English who "took over" the area so as to not give him credit. It has now been renamed.
Sorry with a wife growing up there I have loved studying the history.
In case anyone cares we just bought a Farm near Durban and set it up as a Cheetah and Serval breeding and rescue. As it progresses I will update anyone that wants to know. We now have 3 Cheetahs and 30 + servals.
Next we need a few Gs to take people out on Safari there...
