The light output and increased distance of vision over the standard USA DOT lights or even the original European lights is what makes me happy they are on both of my kids G's. For me it is a safety issue. With these lights they can see a deer on the side of the road a long way off and where we live in NC deer and cars meet all the time. Just my opinion. AGuess

I believe it's H4 and you don't need the anti-flicker module that required for the Jeep. I recently completed this install so I have some info. It's not too hard, but there are some parts needed like headlight buckets and if you have Park Lights then you have to consider how to handle that. Just unplugging will give you malfunction error on the dash cluster. Keith

Jeff My JW's have the Half-Moon DRL/Parklights. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhctW2lXRbU&feature=youtu.be I used the Park Light and left the DRL since I have the OEM Barbus DRL. I used in-line resistors to for the Park Lights. No Errors. I got them from the following site. http://www.vleds.com/resistors/parking-light-resistors.html I email them explaining my goal... Great lights. I've designed a retrofit bracket that fits these right onto the factory mounts for the ZKW lights. With a little polishing up I could make more.

I like them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr6SCiN0h8s With that page up, there are a number of similar reviews of other LED headlights.

I see part number 477941050A posted on page one. That is showing a 944 bucket? I am guessing that is the same as the 911 bucket? Currently I don't see any on eBay - is there a different number I can search? Thanks

I have them installed in two of my G's. Not sure if the URL will work: http://www.roversnorth.com/ProductDesc.aspx?code=PLI239&type=0 Its Model #: PLI239 and price is $23.50 each

I am having trouble determining from the picture and wouldn't mind some chrome ones. The Porsche ones I have are painted silver which is fine but chrome would blend in with the lens more properly.

It clings to the headlight lightly and would cover any ring from view.
