FS - Recent Machine Shop Buyout Items

I recently had a freind that was a machinist.
He told me he was getting out at 75 years old.
Did I want his "Stuf?"
I encouraged him to sell it or try to before I got there.
He said come and get it, but he would want a few $$ for some of the accumilated tools and leftovers.
He said bring a truck as it will not fit in your Gwagen.
I hired a guy to follow me to Asheville, NC
In the end I got more than I bargined for and the total cost ended up in the $500 range.
I too am getting too old to put the machinist parts to good use.
There are milling step blocks, parrell bars, tapered drill bits, drill bits & taps (Inch and MM) along with angle plates, height gauges, dial indiactors with magnetic bases.
Also there are two boxes, about 10 pounds of shim stock along with other items.
If anyone needs any of this stuf, just ask.
I helped him out as his retirement was getting difficult.
I still have another run as he wants me to return in March for the reminder of the equipment he did not sell after I visited him the first time.
I occasionaly run my little lathe and use my small drill press with cross slide for milling. Other than that, I don't use it much anymore.
So, if any of you guys can use the things I have on hand, just ask.
I'll be very reasonable passing his lot on to youthful users.
I'll email pictures if you wish.
