Not looking to spend thousands of dollars. PM me if you have some or know of some.

Found a set in Arizona for $500 but they disappeared before I got a response. Shipping would have sucked though.

But rotating the 18 and 16 Ashtaroths is really convenient, as well as subtle enough that almost no one notices. (g550-wheel.jpg) Attachments ---------------- g550-wheel.jpg (25KB - 0 downloads)

They were a bit more than I had anticipated spending, but they are pretty damn good looking wheels so I splurged some. They look fairly robust, I'd be curious to find out how they compare to the Ashtaroths as far as strength. I understand that the Ashtaroths are one of the stronger MB wheels made.

These are the wheels I'm currently searching for Want to find a set to paint black but of course there are more important needs to attend to at the present. If a set suddenly is made available in my price range then

My ashtaroths are currently plasti dip'd black. However, these are such awesome looking wheels it almost seems a shame to do it. Also, I'm concerned that in a few years, the black wheel thing will pass and I'll never be able to get the stock finish back. Remember porsches and ferraris in the 80's with color keyed wheels? Great minds think alike. Your concerns are shared. I was first thinking of sourcing a set of ashthroths to paint black just to see if I'd be settled with the look.
