It mounts in front of the tow pin recess. I bought this at 4x4club a while back for over $100. No longer needed. First $25 gets it. One mounting hole is broken open, this could be fixed by adding a small metal or plastic bracket Steel hinge point brackets were cut off my bumper and are available separately for $5.
