| FS - 1986 280GE LWB Dear enthusiasts sharing the same passion... As family obligations and career are asking for a change of continents, it's time to let go our beloved (and only child) vehicle. As the subject says it is a 1986 Gun metal Grey 280GE LWB but: -engine was swapped for a 1985 OM617A with just over 200k on it. odometer shows now just under 60k and I got it at just under 6k. we all know that on this vehicles the 6th digit is missing, therefore... -front axel redone about 2k ago -koni shocks and springs changed about 500km ago (heavy duty red on the front and white on the back, with adjustable shocks) -new brake pads and rotors -new water pump and thermostat -new heat fan -fuel system redone (cleaned and painted all three tanks, changed all hoses and breathers) -transmission fluid replaced 2k ago -new windshield 2k ago -new starter about 3k ago -6 months old battery (under warranty for 7 years) -body shows that it's a 30yrs old vehicle that was not driven in Downtown only.  Extras: -roof top tent and awning in mint condition, fitted on the truck with thule bars (used couple times and always stored inside) -9 cu ft cargo box also fitted with thule bars -11500 pound superwinch soon to be installed -snorkel ( collecting the alternator snorkel as well) -rockers were cut out and replaces with 3/16 metal sheet professionally bent to fit the overall design of the vehicle (amazing improvement!!!) -trailer hitch modified to 2" receiver, plug changed to 4 pins with controler I'll throw in: -3 drawers cabinet containing complete tool box (everything you need to take this vehicle apart, including endless extensions to remove the starter) -3 tons floor jack with 2 pcs 6 ton stands -creeper and battery charger The vehicle is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
