Need new Rotors

Dealer says my front rotors are at 22.8 mm, min is 23.0 mm.  These are the original rotors, ML has 81K miles.  I'm looking for standard rotors like Brembo or OEM for ML320.  Where did you purchase your rotors from?  Price?

BTY, what will happen if I continue to let my rotors wear down?  Front pads are at 9.73 mm.  Brakes still stops smoothly.

23.0mm may be the minimum that the rotors can be turned to. Not that you would want to do that. There should be an engineering safety factor in the minimum spec. If the rotors aren't warped you may get some more life out of them.

http://www.mercedes-benz-parts-direct.com/ This is where I get all my parts.  They have ATE rotors for your truck for less than $50 per rotor.

I bought cross-drilled zinc-plated Zimmerman rotors from http://stores.ebay.com/Design-Rotor-Technology I have been very happy with them. I had some pre-sale communication with the seller and he seems very knowledgeable and honest about what he sells. It’s actually a company in Mass. That’s been in business about ten years. I paid around $350 for all four, delivered.

WHAT!!!!!!!! 81K on original rotors!!!! I have a tad over 30,000 miles and I have eaten up 2 rotor on my 2002 ML. On the 2000 ML I would replace them every 20-22K so they got replaced 3 times in the 56,000 miles I had the car. At first I thought the dealer was trying to scam me but I took my car to a brake shop and they said the same thing. I guess I am had on the brakes.

Thank-you all for your input.  I went with (ordered) the ATE rotors from www.mercedes-benz-parts-direct.com.  Great price at $97.16 shipped.

If you're wondering about the pads, I have a front set of Wagner ThermoQuiet sitting on the shelf.  I put the rear ThermoQuiet on two months ago and I have been happy with them, much less dust and no squeal.
