These fit both the pre-MBUSA and MBUSA models (I tested them on both a 1995 G320 and 2003 G500 rear seat, factory headrests for both seemed identical and they worked perfectly on both seats). I am looking for $245 plus shipping. PM me if you want them. The headrests are in excellent condition with no rips or tears, they do have some indentations from storage (as you can see in the pictures) which should go away after a few days of use.
