If the t-case shifter only has S-N-G in a row like that it is full time and NO, do not flat tow it. If it has the "J" shaped shift pattern it is a part time 460 and you can flat tow. | ||

So, I would think if you removed the front drive shaft, you would want to remove the rear one as well so as to stop all movement of the transfercase. It would also not be a great idea to lift the front of a G (leaving the rear wheels on the ground) and tow the vehicle in this position, unless you removed the drive rear drive shaft. The smartest thing to do for longer distances = trailer or flat-bed truck it. | ||
