17" is amazing. Are there lockers as well? Noticed the rear wheel (off the ground) spinning indecently in the photo.
Is this the end of the Gwagon..after the walk "down memory lane" video..?
It is an interesting vehicle but not sure it'll make it to the iconic status like the G series..or could it?

At least the grill does not look like a Jeep, like the new G class does. In my opinion, they screwed up the front of the new G.

This could catch on as an alternative to those who don't want a G.

March/April issue of TREAD magazine has an article on the g550 4x4 squared. Now if only my couch cushions would yield $228,000 in spare change. Same issue has a nice article on the gen 1 4runner.

Is 2018 the last year of the G550 4x4 squared?

Or will the portal axles bolt onto the independent front suspension of the 2019 G550?
