Dog Barrier

Needed a new barrier since my new G doesn't have the mounts in pre 18 G's.

This was the best solution I could find. It is obtrusive but very strong and safety tested.

tried post pics. getting this error:

ADODB.Stream error '800a0bbc'

Write to file failed.

RE: Dog Barrier

Looks rugged. Not sure how the feet would be attached to the floor?

RE: Dog Barrier

It doesn't mount to floor. It attaches to the cargo D rings.

I preferred the headrest post mount version, but it wasn't tall enough. I was headrest high only.

Re: Dog Barrier

buy a new volvo xc90. they have on the accessories list a barrier that is installed after the back seats. You can add a separator so you can use the left or right side for other things and you can add a door so when you open the gate that the dog don't jump out of the car.
Very well made and I bought the volvo only for that reason. Safe for the dog and safe for you.

and if you don't want to buy a great volvo then you could maybe consider this https://www.gfg-shop.de/gb/dog-luggage-protection/379-hundeschutzgit...

Re: Dog Barrier

I have the same set up in GLE.

Mercedes sells them made by https://www.kleinmetall.de/ and the link you sent appears to be made by them as well.

But they don't have a solution for the 2018 G's. The 2018 doesn't have any attachment points on the ceiling since they changed the headliner ( I think for airbag manufacturer changes).
