BOERNE ML320 Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: machine gun lock issue That would be my guess.. Usually the lock that does not "machine gun" is the one that is bad causing the problem. In my case (2001 ML320) it was the left rear that was at fault causing my locking issue... | ||

That's how you know it's broken and yes it can be the liftgate also. search for "pleubner" writeup with photos on changing the locks when you figure out which lock is the problem. Also, I doubt it's two locks going bad at the same time. Do a little more investigating first. | ||
