Help identifying part

I recently removed the grill on my 2002 G500 to perform some repair work and noticed heavy surface rust on what looks like an oil cooler line. Can someone help identify what this line is (the outline is shown in red on attached photo)? Also looks like I will need to remove left front tire and fender liner to access where it passes through grill area. Thank you in advance.

I´m not sure, but could it be cooling for the power-steering...?

Slava is your guy. Make him an offer, he has 5 in stock. He is in Portland and has dismanteled at least 6-8 Gwagens that I know of.
