Is there any preventative maintenance I should perform next time I open it? I assume check the drains and apply lubricant. As for oiling where should lubricant be applied? Thanks G4me

Not a bad idea to clean the channels also. In a warm climate like HI, I can not imagine you ever having a problem with the lube getting dried up and hard.

Also check the rubber valves at the bottom of the chassis and the sunroof seal itself.

I had the seal replaced a couple years ago when I had some rust repair done. I will try the zip tie/weed eater cord to make sure the drains are clear as I believe clogged drains led to the rust problem previously. G4me
