DesertStar - 6/13/2006 11:13 PM I am trying to identify my Bosch CIS system for my 1985 280GE...I have seen references on forums for "K jetronic" but the workshop manual refers to the KA injection system. Thanks, Mike Mike, as far as my understanding K means kontinuierlich = continuous, A stands for Antriebslos - w/o drive. The K jetronic is the same as the KA. Your 280GE should have a K-Jectronic (or KA). The next level of Injection systems is KE. Continuous with electronic control.

Thanks Klaus, I just received the book on learning the Bosch injection system and just wanted to verify the G was the "simple" non-electronic version. Mike | ||
