Darkmann Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | Lowering the ML - Part II The ML with the new rims is shown again below. After my 13hr trip to Atlanta, GA, and several miles on the new set, the suspension seems to have settled and the gap from top of tire to fender wall is basically same as b4 the new rims - I measured yesterday at my dealership on a similar ML500. Now I'm really rethinking lowering the truck. It certainly would look better lowered but it sure doesn't look bad now. Is this a normal thing? The two pics below show after and before. I don't have a picture for what it looks like right now but it looks lower than the after pic - careful now, the resolution/scalesare not the same!!! I'll drive it for a few months before making the final decision to lower or not to!!
