Re: Great Mileage

LOL using the word "great milage" to describe an SUV economy is well... I dont even have to say it lol.... But I will say you are doing better than me now I am getting about 14 in the ML(W163) since I have the A/C full blast 24/7 when I am in the car and I drive faster during the summer since the A/C works better when you are going faster and less time in a hot car lol.

Re: Great Mileage

D,

I get almost the exact mpg, I only have a 20 mile commute each way and it is 90% I295 at around 70-75-80 with some slowing down at caetain parts but I do considerd the mpg pretty good.

Re: Great Mileage

Mike,

Great to hear from you, I recently got 24.2 mpg during the recent trip to Chicago downtown for almost 30 miles freeway driving at an avg speed of 55mph... it was the highest mpg recorded on my car.

Re: Great Mileage

I live at 7400' and travel down to 5200' and back approx 100 miles a day. My average is 22MPG.
My record was 24MPG and then recently on a trip to Denver (400 miles) I used an octane booster
known as Turbo 108. 25.4MPG averaging no more that 4MPH over the posted limit. I am going to use Pulstar plugs and K&N air filter next. I recently used the plugs and filter on a 05 Tacoma
and picked up a steady 1-2MPG over my previous average.
