Headlight washer cover............

Is their a trick for tightening this cover....Am l suppose to go underneath the vehicle to do this...lt is the passenger's............

I had mine replaced after I encountered a large bird last year on my way south to GA for thanksgiving. The replacement piece seemed like it would just click into place. I took a good look inside the bumper opening with the cover off and didn't recall seeing any adjustment hardware at all. If yours is loose, it could be something else under the head. Just two weeks ago, mine was leaking on that same side and they had to take out the entire bumper to have it replaced. That doesn't help you much, but, Buddy, I'd better give it to you straight.

Thanks "D"...l wouldn't want it any other way...l ordered a new one from the dealership...l'll let you know how the install went...Thanks..
