I wouldn't think so since I think they're urethaned in.

Well, all the wiring is in place both under the dash and to the rear side windows themselves, but you would have to retrofit the dash switches (and new wood facia), actuator motors and of course new windows with their trim - probably not worth it... |

Probably you can do it but how much time and money do you want to spend just for that. You can probably look at WIS/EPC for 3rd row seat models to get an idea what is involved.
