RE: DVD Navigation volume.........

Try pushing the lower nav button to turn on last voice announcment then immediately turn up the volume. You can only adjust the Nav volume while the lady is speeking. How did you make out with the Heading Up vs North Up orientation? Did that work for you?

Hey Mike....Even when l press the nav voice, thier is no sound..she does speak, so thier is no chance to raise the volume.......When l was travelling in the States, all was fine...l don't get it...As for the direction question..to be honest, l didn't find it any easier....l understand the concept when l'm in a parking or a driveway, that it only gives North/South headings, but it should still indicate whether to turn left or right..........l'm assuming what you are saying is that with the Heading up direction, it would easier to decipher whether to turn left or right, l guess l'll use to it.........
