High pitched noise from the Serpentine belt...

I have been been having a high pitch noise when i park my vehicle after driving. Listening closely it seems to be coming from the Guide pulley one or the coolant pump and fan. Or it could be that the belt is going bad?

The noise disappers when I put the vehicle in park. Anyone have similar experiences? please share.
