Cold air flap motor failure

Well this little demon has reared its ugly head.

It is a crazy amount of parts to remove just to get to a tiny $58 dollar motor. The dealer pulled a code for it.
The symptom starts with a tap tap tap noise most noticeable from the center vents when recirc from the dial
or the pushbutton switch is not on. Eventually the tapping the stops and the flap gets stuck in the position it
was in when the motor fails.

I wish I had the time to do this one, but I am waiting until spring. It will blow hot air for the winter as needed
and I will fix it in the spring. Keep you all posted.

I found a different way instead of removing lower and upper dashboard
I removed glove compartment and passenger airbag; this is how I got access to the frigin motor (see pics)
Motor itself was cheap ($49+free ground shipping)
