I am thinking to buy one. The 4000 is knowed as a gret off roader and it has double cabin.The 400 has better deign...more agressive.

What are you going to use it for? There is huge differences between the two. In my opinion, the 400 is only an implement platform, it suffers off-road compared to the 4000. The 400 is completely rengeneered underneath and lacks a lot of what makes a UNIMOG a UNIMOG. |

I all comes down to what you are going to use it for. If you are not going to be running implements up the wazoo, then I'd go w/ a 4000. BUT, if you arn't going to be enticed by traveling the road less traveled to much, than the 400 is sort of cool ( i guess it hasn't wamed up to me yet). There is the issue of where you live. I don't believe the 4000 is available in the US, correct me if I'm wrong. |
