It seems to be what holds the silver strip onto the outside trim along the side of the car on a g55 also. I use thicker stuff for vacuum bagging composite parts so that will always do in a pinch though it is not cheap. It also comes in flavors so avoid the yellow stuff if you ever want to get your door liner off in one piece. I dont suppose they sell precut plastic door liners anywhere... Thanks, Karl | ||

The pictorial description will simplify my CLD tile installation on all the doors (will be including the boot and rear wheel wells). My previous '02 G500 (bought used in late '02) had the doors done by its previous owner and made a world of difference. Nevertheless, that sound system sounded anemic compared to the OEM Harmon Kardon currently installed. Looking forward to learning more DIY from this great forum!!!! Mahalo!! | ||
