There is huge differences between the two. In my opinion, the 400 is only an implement platform, it suffers off-road compared to the 4000. The 400 is completely rengeneered underneath and lacks a lot of what makes a UNIMOG a UNIMOG. | ||

If you are not going to be running implements up the wazoo, then I'd go w/ a 4000. BUT, if you arn't going to be enticed by traveling the road less traveled to much, than the 400 is sort of cool ( i guess it hasn't wamed up to me yet). There is the issue of where you live. I don't believe the 4000 is available in the US, correct me if I'm wrong. | ||
