Anyone know this 404 DOKA?

This is very close to me and would like to go check it out on the weekend. Anyone familiar with this particular truck.

I have checked the various resources on buying a MOG, but can anyone tell me what to look out for on this model/year truck?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Not sure who's the owner of that one, but at $10,500 for a restored 404 DoKa, that is one helluva deal.
